Orders
Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
Payment
We accept UPI (9353732526@fam) and Cash on Delivery (Sirsi area only). UTR numbers are verified manually. Orders ship only after payment verification.
Shipping
All India delivery via courier partners. Timelines are estimates. We are not liable for courier delays, weather, or force majeure events.
Returns
Returns accepted within 7 days for Sirsi area (581xxx pincodes) only. For other areas: damaged/wrong items, contact WhatsApp within 48 hours with photos for store credit. No physical returns for non-Sirsi orders.
Liability
FIT MONKEY is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Disputes subject to Karnataka courts.

Return & Refund

Returns accepted within 7 days. Contact WhatsApp with order ID + photos. Pickup arranged within 3-5 days.
All Other Areas
Physical returns not accepted. For damaged/wrong items: WhatsApp within 48 hours with unboxing video/photos for store credit or replacement.
