Orders
Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified. Cancellation available within 12 hours for Sirsi area orders only. Other areas: contact WhatsApp for assistance.
Payment
We accept UPI (9353732526@fam) and Cash on Delivery (Sirsi area only). UTR numbers are verified manually. Orders ship only after payment verification.
Shipping
All India delivery via courier partners. Timelines are estimates. We are not liable for courier delays, weather, or force majeure events.
Returns
For any issues with your order (damaged, wrong item, defective), contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with unboxing video/photos. We will arrange resolution through WhatsApp only. No store credits — once ordered, the product will reach you. Physical returns only for Sirsi area.
Liability
FIT MONKEY is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Disputes subject to Karnataka courts.

Return & Refund Policy
Important
Once you place an order, the product will be delivered to you. We do not offer store credits or refunds. All sales are final.
Damaged / Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us only through WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your Order ID
Our team will review and arrange a replacement if applicable. All return/exchange communication happens exclusively via WhatsApp.
Sirsi Area (581xxx)
Physical pickup can be arranged within 3-5 days for damaged/wrong items only. Contact WhatsApp first.
All Other Areas
Physical returns are not accepted. Resolution only through WhatsApp — replacement or exchange for genuine issues.
