At the start of the concert, Cara addressed the situation head-on.\n\n“Tiny Desk has refused to have me on many times, so I decided to make my own. Tiny Desk, my desk is bigger than yours,” she said.\n\nFor those unfamiliar, NPR’s Tiny Desk Concerts have become one of the most enjoyed performance platforms in music.
