Discovery Insure takes South African road safety innovation to the United Nations 

As one of only four private sector organisations invited to make a formal pledge to the United Nations Road Safety Fund, Discovery Insure is helping shape the global road safety agenda.
 
Its impact on road safety extends well beyond its client base. Through Discovery Pothole Patrol, more than 340,000 potholes have been repaired in Johannesburg since 2021. Discovery Safe Journeys to School supports almost 1,000 scholar transport operators, ensuring that more than 28,000 learners travel to school safely each day. In 2025, participating drivers achieved an 81% safe driving record, with no fatalities among participating operators since the programme began in 2014.

Estate planning: When should you consider offshore trusts?
