<p data-block-key="q7zvk">Due to the federal government shutdown, the United States Tax Court determined that it was appropriate to cancel the sessions for the week of November 17, 2025, in the following cities:</p><ul><li data-block-key="cc3g6">Denver, Colorado;</li><li data-block-key="8f610">Detroit, Michigan;</li><li data-block-key="4i5nu">New York City, New York; and</li><li data-block-key="3ioah">San Francisco, California.</li></ul><p data-block-key="da3uv">The Tax Court will continue to announce the cancelation of future trial sessions on its website no later than one week before those sessions are scheduled to begin. The Court will issue cancelation orders in the cases pending on the canceled sessions, and the orders will be served via the parties’ respective service methods (paper or electronic). Cases continued because of the shutdown will be set for future trial calendars as soon as practical.</p><p data-block-key="aspka">The Clerk’s Office remains open for eFiling and paper filing. If you have questions about a scheduled trial session during the Government shutdown, please call 202-521-0700 or email <a href="mailto:help@ustaxcourt.gov">help@ustaxcourt.gov</a> during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern time).</p>
