Programendringer ved guidet tur<\/h2>\n<p>Svalbard Adventures forbeholder seg retten til \u00e5 endre avgangstider, minimumsantall eller kansellere turer ved for f\u00e5 deltagere i forhold til det oppgitte minimumsantall. Det kan forekomme dager med ekstreme temperaturer og sv\u00e6rt br\u00e5 skifte av v\u00e6rforhold. Dette kan medf\u00f8re at vi av sikkerhetsmessige grunner m\u00e5 endre p\u00e5 programmet. Dersom det p\u00e5 grunn av uforutsette hendelser eller v\u00e6rforhold gj\u00f8r det n\u00f8dvendig \u00e5 endre rute eller destinasjon, vil dette ikke p\u00e5virke aktivitetens pris. Gjestens sikkerhet vil alltid v\u00e6re f\u00f8rste prioritet. Om v\u00e6rforhold, en tredje part, eller andre forhold for\u00e5rsaker forsinkelser, eller umuliggj\u00f8r gjennomf\u00f8ring av avtalt arrangement kan ikke arrang\u00f8ren gj\u00f8res erstatningspliktig. Deltagerne er pliktig \u00e5 f\u00f8lge alle instruksjoner gitt av v\u00e5re turledere. Det er ikke tillatt \u00e5 medbringe v\u00e5pen eller pyroteknisk utstyr p\u00e5 v\u00e5re turer. Changes and cancellation fees for individual booking (1- 9 persons)<\/h2>\n<p class=\"VisBook_allProductsLongDescription\">Cancellations made 22 days or more prior to activities are refunded 100 percent, apart from an 5% administration fee of the total amount.<\/p>\n<p class=\"VisBook_allProductsLongDescription\">Cancellations made 8-22 days prior to activities are refunded 50 percent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"VisBook_allProductsLongDescription\">Cancellations made seven days or fewer prior to activities are not refunded.<\/p>\n<p class=\"VisBook_allProductsLongDescription\">Only written cancellation is valid. There will not be given any refund due to flight cancellation, lack of a valid driver\u2019s licence, passport or sickness. We recommend our customers to have travel insurance.<\/p>\n<p>Payment shall be paid no later than 121 days before the arrangement.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"VisBook_allProductsLongDescription\">6. Changes and cancellation fees for group booking (10 persons and more)<\/h2>\n<p class=\"VisBook_allProductsLongDescription\">Cancellations made 120 days or more prior to activities are refunded 100 percent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"VisBook_allProductsLongDescription\">Cancellations made 120-91 days prior to activities are refunded 50 percent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"VisBook_allProductsLongDescription\">Cancellations made 90 days prior to activities are not refunded.<\/p>\n<p class=\"VisBook_allProductsLongDescription\">Only written cancellation is valid. Changes of orders after confirmed booking<\/h2>\n<p class=\"VisBook_allProductsLongDescription\">Individuals: Changes after confirmed order confirmation can be done up to 22 days prior to arrangement for a fee of NOK 400, &#8211; per change.<\/p>\n<p>Group booking: Changes after confirmed order confirmation can be done up to 120 days prior to arrangement for a fee of NOK 400, &#8211; per change.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"VisBook_allProductsLongDescription\">8. Program changes on a guided tour<\/h2>\n<p class=\"VisBook_allProductsLongDescription\">Circumstances such as extreme temperatures and rapid changes in the weather can force changes in our programs in order to ensure the safety of our participating guests. In the case of unforeseen circumstances\/weather conditions affecting routes relating to the programme, refunds of any amount will not be given. The safety of our guests is always our first priority. Svalbard Adventures also reserves the right to cancel the activity if the required minimum number of participants is not reached or when the conditions are considered unsafe.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"VisBook_allProductsLongDescription\">9. Responsibility and liability<\/h2>\n<p class=\"VisBook_allProductsLongDescription\">Participants are responsible for evaluating whether they are physically and mentally prepared for participation in the booked activities. Participants must obey and adhere to all instructions issued by our tour guides. Guests are not to bring guns or pyrotechnic devices on our trips.\u00a0Svalbard Adventures reserves the right to refuse participation on trips if the participant is considered a threat to safety. Snowmobiling and ATV driving requires a valid driver\u2019s license, and the driver cannot be under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants. If damage to the snowmobile or ATV occurs due to negligent driving, the customer can be held responsible and liable.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"VisBook_allProductsLongDescription\">10. Complaint<\/h2>\n<p class=\"VisBook_allProductsLongDescription\">If the buyer wishes to make a complaint against the product, this should be discussed with Svalbard Adventures at the earliest opportunity. If the issue cannot be resolved, and the buyer wishes to complain, this must happen as soon as possible after you come home. The complaint must be in writing and no later than one month after the date of the booked activity\/accommodation\/rental.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"VisBook_allProductsLongDescription\">11. Insurance when participating in guided tour<\/h2>\n<p class=\"VisBook_allProductsLongDescription\">Svalbard Adventures activities are covered by liability insurance with the insurance company Gjensidige Forsikring. We also have guarantees issued from The Governor of Svalbard for expenses in connection with any rescue operations on Svalbard. Svalbard Adventures is under no circumstances liable for accidents, injuries, damages or loss that is outside the company\u2019s control. The maximum liability on guided tours is NOK 6,000.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"VisBook_allProductsLongDescription\">12.
