In order for a smooth collection process, please follow these guidelines:      - Leaves should be ready for collection by 7 a.m. each day.      - Leaf piles should be placed curbside and in long narrow piles.      - Piles of leaves should be free of debris. No sticks, branches, grass clippings, glass, rocks or pet waste.
